We are a small business and we may turn down requests for the room we have reserved for you. With this in mind, please note the following reservation and cancellation policy:
Reservations will be confirmed with a deposit equal to one night’s stay. Deposits may be paid by credit card or personal check. A $35.00 fee will be charged for returned checks. The balance is due upon arrival and may be paid by credit card, cash or traveler's check. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 processing fee. Deposits will be refunded when notice of cancellation is received 7 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, deposit will be refunded only if we are able to re-book the room. Early departures and last minute cancellations are non-refundable.
