Each of our five guest bedrooms are air conditioned and elegantly decorated.
Cable television, DVD player, refrigerator and microwave are available in all the rooms along with wireless internet service.
Bath amenities, terry robes, hairdryers, iron and ironing board are provided for your comfort. A DVD library is available in the livingroom.

All rates include a full breakfast. They are based on double occupancy and are subject to tax.
There is a $15.00 charge per day for each additional person in the room.
Check-in time.........................3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. An estimated arrival time is greatly appreciated.

Check out time ..................... 11:00 a.m.
Smokers are asked to be considerate of their fellow guests - front porch only.
No pets - boarding is available nearby - Spike, our little silky terrier in residence.
Well-behaved children over the age of 12 are invited.
Hot beverages, juices & newspapers are available starting at 7:30 a.m.
Afternoon snack offered everyday at 4:00 p.m.
Full breakfast served to all guests in our dining room.
(We gladly accommodate dietary restrictions with prior notification)
DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY
We are a small business with a short season and we turn down requests for the room we have reserved for you. Therefore, we need to have the following reservation and cancellation policy:
Reservations will be confirmed with payment in full for a one night stay. A 50% deposit is required for stays of two or more nights, with balance due upon arrival by personal check, cash or traveler's check. We also accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Deposits will be refunded when notice of cancellation is received 14 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, deposit will be refunded only if we are able to re-book the room. All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 processing fee. Early departures and last minute cancellations are non-refundable.
