Rates are per room up to double occupancy and include a full breakfast. There is a $20.00 charge per day for each additional person in the Adirondack Cottage. All rates are subject to tax.
- Check-in time – 4:00pm – 7:00pm. Please, no early check-ins or arrivals after 10:00pm.
- Check-out time – 11:00 a.m.
- For the health and comfort of all of our guests, we offer a completely smoke free environment, including the porch.
- No candles, essential oils or oil diffusers allowed in guest rooms.
- No animals allowed.
- No children under age 16.
- Hot beverages, juices & fresh baked treats are available starting at 7:00 a.m.
- Afternoon refreshments are offered daily at 4:00 p.m.
- Full breakfast served to all guests in our dining room. (We gladly accommodate dietary restrictions or in-room dining with prior notification)
Deposit & Cancellation Policy
We are a small business, and we may turn down requests for the room we have reserved for you. With this in mind, please note the following reservation and cancellation policy:
- Reservations will be confirmed with a credit card to hold the reservation. Full payment will be processed 3 days prior to arrival and is nonrefundable. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
- Cancellations within 3 days of arrival and early departures after arrival are non-refundable.
