Bed & Breakfast Reservation Policies

Rates are based on double occupancy and include a full breakfast. There is a $20.00 charge per day for each additional person in the room. All rates are subject to tax.

  • Check-in time – 4:00pm – 7:00pm. Please, no early check-ins or arrivals after 10:00pm.
  • Check-out time – 11:00 a.m.
  • For the health and comfort of all of our guests, we offer a completely smoke free environment, including the porch. Guests will be charged a $250 cleaning fee for smoking indoors.
  • No animals allowed.
  • No children under age 16.
  • Hot beverages, juices & fresh baked treats are available starting at 7:00 a.m.
  • Afternoon refreshments are offered daily at 4:00 p.m.
  • Full breakfast served to all guests in our dining room. (We gladly accommodate dietary restrictions with prior notification)

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

We are a small business and we may turn down requests for the room we have reserved for you. With this in mind, please note the following reservation and cancellation policy:

Reservations will be confirmed with a deposit equal to one night’s stay. Deposits may be paid by credit card or personal check. A $35.00 fee will be charged for returned checks. The balance is due upon arrival and may be paid by credit card or cash. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

All cancellations and changes are subject to a $25.00 processing fee. Deposits (less the $25.00 fee) will be refunded when notice of cancellation is received 7 or more days prior to arrival date. Deposits are nonrefundable if cancellation is received within 7 days of arrival. Early departures and last minute cancellations for whatever reason are also non-refundable. Unless prior arrangements are made, no shows on the first night of a multiple night reservation will result in the cancellation of the entire reservation and forfeit of the deposit. Purchasing trip in insurance is recommended.
